We are incredibly proud and excited to introduce the inspiring young women selected to participate in the 2025 Young Women’s Group of Climate Change Negotiators Program!

From a competitive pool of applicants, we have selected 30 exceptional young women from across Malawi who are ready to step up and lead the charge for climate action. This 6-month program is specifically designed to transform these passionate individuals into effective climate leaders and negotiators.

Over the next six months, they will:

  1. Deepen their understanding of key climate negotiation themes
  2. Design and implement community-based climate projects
  3. Mentor younger girls to inspire intergenerational leadership.

At Green Girls Platform, we believe that empowering more young women to understand and influence global climate processes is essential to achieving climate justice, inspiring collective action, and holding leaders accountable for the impacts of climate change!

Please join us in celebrating this remarkable 2025 cohort! We are thrilled to witness their growth into the next generation of climate leaders and negotiators. Follow their progress, learn about their community projects, and support their journey across our social channels!
